An Evening Dedicated to Textile Design
Tuesday, January 13, 7-9pm
Part of Product Placement’s (www.thisisproductplacement.com) ongoing series of behind-the-scenes discussions, this evening’s panel is themed around innovative textile design. We have invited the following designers to discuss their work and creative process: wallpaper designer Wook Kim; costume, set, and graffiti pillow designer Heather Dunbar; rug designer Amy Helfand; Carnegie contract textile designer Heather Bush; wallcovering, textile, and graphics designers twenty2; and fashion knitwear designer Tom Scott. You’ll have the opportunity to ask each designer questions about their inspiration, influence and successes. Cocktails and light fare will be served. From January 8–27, save 20-25% on upholstery and rugs, including special order colors and custom sizes.
