About the Studio

DWR stands for Design Within Reach, and we believe in making good design accessible. The DWR: Tools for Living assortment embodies this belief. The secret these items share is smart design. Each one is unique in how it solves a problem or makes something more comfortable or easier to use. In that way, they are not just objects, but more like tools.

Situated in the SoHo space that once housed our first Manhattan DWR Studio (now relocated to 110 Greene Street), the DWR: Tools for Living shop offers what many DWR fans have craved for years: instant gratification. Everything in the store is cash-and-carry, so you can start using our assortment of travel, workspace, kitchen, bath and outdoor products straight away. (In the case of the Fog Linen Slippers and the Bath Towel Set, we'd prefer you wait until you got home.) Enjoy free standard shipping to anywhere in the U.S. through December 16, or just walk out of the shop with gift in hand.
